Do Mayan ruins conceal ancient esoteric wisdom teachings?
If you have been following me for some time, you’ll know that I’m not a casual tourist. As an author, field investigator and esoteric tour leader, I’ve explored many obscure Mayan ruins that few eyes ever see. I like to push the envelope when searching for hidden treasures from our ancient past and sharing that experience with others.
From trekking through the jungle in search of untouched pyramids to penetrating the Mayan underworld, adventure beckons. Vestiges of religious rituals, human remains, and other archeological artifacts are discovered thus providing us with insights into the ancient way of life. But sometimes the most profound teachings may be discovered right before our eyes.
It isn’t always obvious to the uninitiated eye. However, when we apply an esoteric lens and look through the eyes of a symbolist, the Mayan civilization begins to reveal what is hidden in plain sight.
Once revealed, it becomes so crystal clear that the ancient teaching will take you on a journey to a place few modern travelers ever explore – the interior of your spiritual Self!
I’ll be taking a group of explorers with me through the Yucatan in Mexico, home of the ancient Mayan civilization and the iconic Kukulkan pyramid at Chichen Itza. And we are not just seeing the most iconic sites.

As we advance through the temples, ruins and caves, several questions will come to mind: What repeating patterns do we see appearing over and over again in Mayan art and architecture? And what do these repeating patterns tell us about the “spiritual” or “metaphysical” beliefs of the Maya and their ancestors?
